Fill in a PDF form
The tool lists every interactive field it finds – text boxes, check boxes, radio groups, dropdowns and lists – so you can complete them in one place. Optionally flatten the result so the answers become fixed page content.
How to use Fill PDF Form
- Select a PDF form.
- Complete the fields listed beside the preview.
- Choose whether to flatten the form.
- Download the filled PDF.
Supported formats
- Input: PDF with AcroForm fields
- Output: PDF
No fields found?
Many “forms” are just printed pages. For those, use Add Text to PDF to type onto the page.
XFA forms
Dynamic XFA forms are not supported by browser PDF engines; only standard AcroForm fields are listed.
Limitations
- AcroForm fields only (no XFA).
- Characters outside Latin-1 may not render in text fields.
Privacy
Files you choose are read into your browser’s memory and processed on your device; they are not uploaded to a server. Temporary download links are released after use, and the offline cache never stores your documents. More about privacy and limits.
Frequently asked questions
Are my answers uploaded?
No. The form is read and written locally.
What does flattening do?
It turns fields into static text so they can no longer be edited.
