How to use Merge PDF

  1. Add your PDFs with the picker or drag-and-drop.
  2. Reorder files using the up/down buttons; remove any you do not need.
  3. Select Merge PDFs.
  4. Download merged.pdf.

Supported formats

  • Input: PDF (2 or more)
  • Output: PDF

What is kept

Page content, sizes and rotation are copied byte-for-byte where possible. Document-level features such as bookmarks and form fields from the source files are not merged.

Protected files

Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first (if you have the password) using Unlock PDF.

Limitations

  • Bookmarks/outlines and interactive form fields from source files are not preserved.
  • Encrypted files must be unlocked first.

Privacy

Files you choose are read into your browser’s memory and processed on your device; they are not uploaded to a server. Temporary download links are released after use, and the offline cache never stores your documents. More about privacy and limits.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a file limit?

Only your device memory. Each file may be up to 150 MB; merging dozens of large files on a phone may be slow.

Will bookmarks survive?

No. Outlines are not carried over by the merge engine.
