How to use Crop PDF

Select a PDF and look at the preview.
Enter margins to remove from each side (mm).
Optionally restrict to certain pages.
Crop and download.

Non-destructive page boxes

Cropping changes the visible page area. Content outside is hidden by the new page boundary; it is not rewritten.

Rotated pages

Margins are applied to the page as you see it, even when the page is rotated.

Limitations

Numeric margins only – no interactive selection box.
Hidden content remains inside the file – not suitable for redaction.

Privacy

Files you choose are read into your browser’s memory and processed on your device; they are not uploaded to a server. Temporary download links are released after use, and the offline cache never stores your documents. More about privacy and limits.

Can I draw the crop box with the mouse?

Not yet – enter margins numerically; the preview shows page 1 so you can estimate the amount.

Is cropped content removed?

It is hidden, not deleted. Do not rely on cropping to redact sensitive information.
