Convert Word (.docx) to PDF
The .docx is read with Mammoth, converted to structured HTML and typeset into a PDF with selectable text. Headings, paragraphs, lists, bold, italic, links, simple tables and embedded images carry over; page layout, headers/footers, custom fonts and floating objects do not.
How to use Word to PDF
- Choose a .docx file.
- Pick page size, margins and base font size.
- Convert and review the page count.
- Download the PDF.
Supported formats
- Input: DOCX
- Output: PDF
Fonts and characters
The PDF uses built-in Helvetica/Courier, which cover Western European characters. Other scripts are replaced with “?” and the result tells you how many characters were affected.

If layout must match Word exactly, use Word’s own Save as PDF. This tool is for quick, private conversions of straightforward documents.
Privacy
Files you choose are read into your browser’s memory and processed on your device; they are not uploaded to a server. Temporary download links are released after use, and the offline cache never stores your documents. More about privacy and limits.
